Au démarrage, la TTG peut fournir temporairement un téléphone et une connexion aux prestataires, les frais liés à ces équipements pourront être déduits des facturations ultérieures. Pour garantir un suivi social approprié, l'ASASP organisera des rendez-vous de mise au point sociale avec ses usagers devenus prestataires à la TTG, quant elle le pourra.
