Complément adresse : 3ème étage – 4ème étage (inter). 1.1 Chaque usager se verra octroyer une clé ou le dispositif d’accès au. Il lui est interdit de prêter ce dispositif à une personne tierce. En cas de perte ou de vol, il est obligatoire pour l’usager de le signaler auprès de l’ASASP afin de réaliser le nécessaire. Enfin, lors de son départ, l’usager est tenu de rétrocéder sa clé à l’ASASP de manière expresse. 1.2 L’usager a pour interdiction la réalisation d’une copie du dispositif d’accès sans autorisation écrite de l’ASASP. 1.3 L’entrée et la sortie se fait par la porte principale. (Trou dans le mur par exemple) 2.3 Il est interdit pour les usagers d’entrer au sein d’une chambre qui n’est pas la sienne sauf accord clair de l’un de ses membres. 2.4 En dehors des chambres (et du bureau de l’organisme), toutes les autres pièces du logement sont considérées comme pièces communes à savoir : la pièce de vie, la cuisine, la salle de bain, les toilettes et la terrasse. 2.5 Il est interdit d’entrer dans la salle de bain lorsque qu’un autre usager l’utilise. En revanche, son utilisation devra être modérée pour permettre à tout le monde l’accès et devra être laissée le plus propre possible. Les règles sont identiques pour les toilettes. 3 – Vie privée et intimité 3.1 Chaque usager a droit à une intimité à partir du moment où celle-ci n’est pas exposée de manière non souhaitable par les usagers partageant le dispositif appartement ASASP. 3.2 La pratique de la religion et orientation reste personnelle et libre et ne doit en aucun cas faire l’objet d’un trouble à la vie en communauté. 4 – Vie en communauté 4.1 Il est obligatoire pour chaque usager de vivre dans le respect des autres. Aucune insulte ni bagarre ne sera tolérée. 4.2 Chaque usager devra participer à l’achat des courses et devra consommer raisonnablement. 4.3 Il est interdit de fumer à l’intérieur du logement. Le seul lieu considérer comme fumeur est la terrasse. Par ailleurs, aucun mégot ne devra être jeté par terre. 4.4 Concernant les taches ménagères, elles devront être réparties de manière équilibrées entre chaque usager. Ce règlement rappel que les tâches ménagères qui devront être réalisées sont : la vaisselle, le nettoyage du sol, de la poussière et des toilettes, la sortie des poubelles (en respectant les jours et horaire de récoltes), la préparation du repas et le rangement des lieux pour qu’il reste vivable. 4.5 Concernant la machine à laver, il convient de s’arranger à la faire tourner le moins possible et ainsi faire des lessives le plus rentable possible. C’est pourquoi chacun devra faire au mieux pour laver ses vêtements au bon moment. 4.6 Si vous avez votre colocataire de chambre en position d’endormissement, il est interdit les nuisances sonores ou visuelle. De manière générale, à partir de 21h30, les nuisances sonores devront s’arrêter pour le confort des autres. Par ailleurs, le son beaucoup trop fort est proscrit. 4.7 Il est interdit, pour chaque usage, d’inviter quiconque dans le logement. 4.8 Les possible fêtes entre usagers sont autorisées uniquement le week-end et seulement si elles font l’objet d’un consensus et qu’elles respectent le niveau sonore autorisé ne troublant pas le confort des usagers et voisins selon l’article R1334-31 du Code de la santé publique. 4.9 Le partage des dispositifs communs dans l’appartement doit être réalisé de manière commune. En cas de désaccord, les usagers sont invités à trouver une solution amiable sous peine de voir retiré le dispositif par l’ASASP. 4.10 Si tout problème est constaté par l’un des usagers, il devra immédiatement prévenir l’organisme par le biais de ce numéro : 01.77.01.01.55. 5 – Découchage 5.1 L’usager est libre de ne pas dormir dans l’appartement, cependant, le découchage supérieur à 3 nuits n’est pas autorisé sauf accord par l’ASASP. 5.2 L’usager de manière logique n’a AUCUNEMENT le droit de rétrocéder son couchage à une personne inconnue par l’ASASP et autorisée. 6 – Présence de tiers 6.1 Comme cité ci-dessous, il n’est pas autorisé la présence d’une personne tierce, inconnue par l’ASASP dans l’appartement. Il est accordé une tolérance aux membres sous présence d’un membre ASASP. 6.2 La présence de nos amis les animaux est strictement interdite. 7 – Loi et consommation de produits 7.1 L’usage ou la détention illicite de l’une des substances ou plantes classées comme stupéfiants et non médicamenteuse (sous prescription officielle) est puni d’un an d’emprisonnement et de 3 750 euros d’amende » (Article L.3421-1 du Code de la santé publique et par ailleurs condamnable et interdit par l’ASASP. Pour rappel, le dispositif appartement ASASP n’est pas un dispositif thérapeutique. 7.2 L’usager ne doit en aucun cas faire ses affaires avec des tiers appartenant ou ayant connaissance du lieu de résidence ASASP de celui-ci. 8 – Vol ou perte 8.1 En cas de vol ou perte d’un objet, il est de la responsabilité de l’usager d’être vigilent à l’avenir sur ses affaires. L’usager ayant rencontré la situation est invité à se signaler à l’ASASP de manière immédiate pour permettre à l’organisme de tenter une résolution à l’amiable. En aucun cas l’usager ne doit se faire justice en recourant à la violation de la liberté et de la présomption d’innocence d’autrui. L’ASASP ni les autres usagers ne peuvent faire l’objet d’une responsabilité dû à cette perte ou vol. 9 – Dispositifs 9.1 Les usagers sont informés qu’un dispositif de vidéosurveillance est placé dans l’appartement dans les parties communes en excluant les parties dites intimes (salle d’eau de bain, toilettes WC). 9.2 Les usagers sont informés qu’un dispositif de veille pour la sécurité est placé sur les accès pour éviter les accès frauduleux (cambriolage…etc). 9.3 Les usagers sont informés qu’un dispositif de veille pour l’économie d’électricité est placé sur les accès présentant un accès électrique pour résulter à des statistiques et une étude dans le but de préserver l’intérêt préserver par le dispositif cité. 9.4 Les usagers sont informés qu’un dispositif d’économie d’eau est placé sur les accès présentant un accès eau pour résulter à des statistiques et une étude dans le but de préserver l’intérêt préserver par le dispositif cité. 9.5 Les usagers ont pour interdiction de faire obstruction ou nuisances aux dispositifs cités dans le présent règlement. 9.6 Les usagers sont informés que l’ASASP ou l’administration a la possibilité d’enquêter en cas d’incident et de présenter les éléments cités ci-dessus à décharge. 9.7 Les usagers sont informés que l’ASASP a le droit d’exploit sur les dispositifs de manière intemporelle et selon la loi CNIL. L’usager a le droit de consulter les dispositifs sur demande écrite avec identification des motifs qui doivent être en accords avec un objectif sain et légitimes. 10 – En cas de refus ou non-respect 10.1 Conformément et en addition au contrat de mise à l’abri signé avec l’usager et l’ASASP, vient s’ajouter ce qui suit en cas de refus ou non-respect. 10.2 En cas de non-respect des règles et en fonction de la gravité sous l’appréciation de l’ASASP, un rappel pourra être diligenté par l’ASASP à l’usager ayant contrevenant aux règles. En cas de récidive ou sous l’appréciation de l’ASASP, l’usager pourra faire l’objet d’une demande sous un délai et cela quelque soit la date calendaire, l’objet d’une expulsion. ​ 11 – Règlement interactif L’usager est informé que le présent règlement est disponible sur le site lien suivant : https://www.asasp-france.org/reglement-sevran et qu’il est possible pour l’ASASP de modifier le règlement intérieur SANS obligation de prévenir les usagers présents sur les lieux. Il appartient alors à l’usager de vérifier de manière ponctuelle le règlement intérieur sur le lien internet fourni ci-dessus. ​ 12 - Accords En accord avec le présent règlement, de manière intégrale, l’usager signe avec l’ASASP en deux exemplaires originaux dont un remis pour chaque partie. ​
